GetWalloo is a software service for budgeting, record keeping and financial organization. It is not a deposit-taking institution and does not hold customer funds merely by displaying budgets, balances or planned payments.
Users are responsible for the information they enter, the decisions they make from that information, safeguarding login credentials and devices, and maintaining any records required by their employer, bank, tax authority, regulator or local law.
GetWalloo is designed to use HTTPS/TLS in production, restrictive security headers, tenant-scoped access controls and database row-level security for supported cloud data. Security is a shared responsibility: users should use strong passwords, device security and PIN/lock features when available and should never share banking passwords or one-time codes.
Nothing in GetWalloo’s contracts is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Where local privacy or consumer-protection law grants stronger rights than these documents, the mandatory local law applies.
For Apple App Store or Google Play distribution, GetWalloo must keep its privacy disclosures, app-store data declarations, support contacts, account-deletion processes and billing disclosures consistent with the actual production implementation.
